3. Products and made-to-order production

Many of our products are produced made to order. This means your item is produced specifically for you
after you place an order. For that reason, cancellations and returns for change of mind may be limited (see Sections 7 and 9).

Product images on our website are for illustration. Colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen settings and lighting.
Measurements and sizes are described on the product page and/or at checkout.

4. Pricing, currency, and payment
  • Currency: Prices are shown in $USD by default, you may change your display/checkout currency in the top menu
  • Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and/or on our Shipping & Returns page.
  • If your order is shipped internationally, you may be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges charged by your country.

We accept payment methods shown at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

5. Placing orders and order acceptance
  • When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the item(s) in your cart.
  • We will send an order confirmation email after checkout. This confirms we received your order, not that we accepted it.
  • Your order is accepted when we dispatch the item(s) or otherwise confirm acceptance by email.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order if there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, or if we cannot fulfil the order.
6. Accuracy of information

We work to keep product details, pricing, and availability accurate. Occasionally, errors may occur. If we discover an error
affecting your order (for example, incorrect pricing or product information), we will contact you and give you the option to
proceed with the corrected information or cancel for a full refund.

7. Changes and cancellations

Because many items are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

  • If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
  • If production has not started, we will do our best to help.
  • If production has started or the item has shipped, we may not be able to cancel or change the order.

  • You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact details at checkout.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, peak periods, or other factors outside our control.

9. Returns, replacements, and issues

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for damage, or within 14 days of dispatch if your order has not arrived.

To help us resolve an issue quickly, please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and photos of any damage (if applicable).

10. Framing, sizing, and product variations
  • Print and frame appearance can vary slightly due to production processes and materials.
  • Sizes may have minor tolerances as part of normal production.
  • Colours may vary from what you see on screen due to monitor calibration and lighting.
11. Intellectual property and permitted use

The website, its design, text, graphics, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute our website content without our prior written permission.
  • Any trademarks, product names, or brand references are the property of their respective owners.

We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with Slim Aarons, his estate, or any official Slim Aarons archive.
Names may be used for identification purposes only.
