Change of mind

Because each print is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
If you are unsure about sizing, framing, or finish, please contact us before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost where appropriate.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • Photos of the damage/issue (and the packaging if applicable)

In most cases we do not require the item to be returned unless we specifically request it.
Please do not send anything by mail unless we confirm the correct process first.

Orders not received

If your order has not arrived within 14 days of dispatch (or is outside the expected delivery window shown in tracking), please contact us and we will help investigate.
If an order is not received within 14 days of dispatch, we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
We cannot offer free replacements for orders not received due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Refunds

Our standard resolution for damaged or not received orders is replacement. If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method.
Refund processing times vary by payment provider, but are typically completed within 5 to 10 business days after approval.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Worldwide Shipping

We offer flat fee shipping worldwide for most products. In USD, shipping is typically $9.95 for print-only items and most framed sizes.
For framed prints in the two largest sizes (100x100cm / 40x40in and 100x150cm / 40x60in), shipping is calculated at checkout due to size and handling requirements.

Shipping includes tracking and replacement insurance. Tracking details are provided as soon as your order ships.

Processing time: Most prints are produced and dispatched within 3 to 7 business days. Processing time can vary depending on the product type and destination, and the estimated processing time for your items is shown in your cart before you purchase.

Estimated delivery: Shipping times vary by destination and courier. If your order is outside the expected delivery window shown in tracking, please contact us.

How are products packaged for shipping?

Prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes, unless they are A4 or smaller and being delivered in the UK or mainland Europe (in which case they are shipped in thick cardboard envelopes).

Framed prints are shipped in protective packaging designed to reduce the risk of damage in transit.

Why hasn’t my order been delivered yet?

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors such as:

  • Mistyped or incorrectly formatted address
  • Customs and import processing
  • Failed delivery attempts (for example, no one available to receive the order)
  • Postal strikes
  • Severe weather or other events outside the courier’s control

Do you ship to P.O. addresses

In the majority of cases we can ship to P.O. Box addresses. However couriers like FedEx, UPS and DPD cannot deliver to these types of addresses, if there is an issue and you have selected a P.O. Box address we will contact you for an alternative address.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges applied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
